Graduate Research Assistantships
-- Academic Year 2009-2010

Sayaka Kawamura, Sociology and Krista Westrick-Payne, Sociology, will work with NCFMR throughout the academic year, assisting with the related features of Data Connection, overseeing the undergraduate students, and helping with research activities and events.


Graduate Research Fellowships
-- Academic Year 2009-2010

The following graduate research assistants will pursue guided research on a topic consistent with NCFMR research themes, working closely with a senior BGSU faculty member as a mentor. They will also participate in NCFMR activities.

Christine Flanigan, Sociology
“Relationship Qualities and Nonmarital Births among Teens and Young Adults.”

Kristy Krivickas, Sociology
“Re-examining Masculinity among Fathers: The Influence of Masculinity on Relationship Transitions.”
Faculty Mentor: Dr. Laura Sanchez
